Infertility: Coping with the Holidays

The holidays can be stressful for everyone but it can be especially lonely and depressing for a person dealing with infertility. Lets face it, Christmas is all about children. Dealing with infertility, you are faced with the constant reminder of what you cannot have. You can be reminded by the excited children at the mall all lined up to see Santa. Through your company’s children Christmas party that you cannot attend. By simply receiving a Christmas card from a friend with happy children with their perfect family on the front.

However you are reminded of your loss or emptiness. Do not always focus on the negative. Law of Attraction – “What you think about the most or focus on the most is what will appear in your life”.
